Objects Seen in Delusion of Psyenotic Patients

Abstract

|
Various objectsof delusion showed by the patients in the department of neuropsychiatry Chonnam National University Medical School Hospital from April 1, 1972 to Sep 30-1974 were studied. The study was made as a measure-to understand the psychological complexes of patients and to seek any influence of sociocultural environment of different areas and change of times on the content of´ delusions. The materials used in this study were 116 cases in total; 71 males and 45 females. The mean age was 30 years old.
The objects, of delusion were dividable as political objects, neighbors, . family members, other persons related, supernatural objects, people of the world, diseases and specific things political objects stand first with 21.6%, the next is neighbors with 20.6%, then followed by family with 20% other members, supernatural objects, people of the Wold, diseases and specific things.
